Flat roofing is a service offered by Chubb Roofing Contractors who are approved fitters for FDT UK Limited in the installation of their single ply membrane, Rhepanol® FK.
Flat Roof projects of all types and sizes are undertaken, from small domestic roofs to large scale commercial buildings, all of which are treated with the same degree of professionalism.
It is our belief that by offering a high standard of workmanship coupled with quality materials, and supported by backed guarantees, at no extra charge, that flat roofs need not be the problem that they are perceived to be.
Rhepanol® fk Flat Roofing System
Rhepanol® is the only flat roofing system currently available with a full 'Life Cycle Assessment' to ISO 14040 part ff proving this product has 'no significant environmental impacts' in all stages from raw materials to production to installation and ultimately to disposal at the end of use.
Rhepanol® needs no hot works whatsoever during installation, can be installed directly over old bituminous roofs, can be mechanically fixed, bonded or ballasted.
This system is labour saving and will achieve productivity even in inclement weather.
The Self-Sealing Edge System
The pre-fabricated self-sealing edge system is different from conventional adhesive bonding. Sealing of the seams is carried out by firmly joining homogenous materials.
Immediately after the self-sealing edge has been pressed to the connecting membrane the seam is waterproof.
Owing to the integrated self-sealing edge, seams can be sealed without open flame, hot air, solvent welding or additional adhesives, making application more efficient and almost independent of weather conditions.
