Chubb Roofing Contractors were asked to provide a new flat roof covering in Rhepanol Fk to the main premises and changing room areas.

Once stripped of all original bitumen, the roof structure was sprayed with a suitable timber treatment to prolong the roof structure's life. The roof was then covered with an underlay felt set on hot bitumen as a vapour control barrier. Rhepanol Fk was then fitted on adhesive 90 to the field areas. The perimeter edges and upstand details were finished with Rhepanol F flashings and corner detailing.

The original timber fascia boards and soffits were covered with white PVCu cover board with all joins and corners. All rainwater goods were replaced including downpipes with a plastic half round rainwater system.

Chubb Roofing Contractors were extremely pleased to win this contract as the tender process involved competing against two other roofing companies.
