Peter Chubb, the founder of Chubb Roofing Contractors Limited became City & Guilds qualified in the roofing trade some 25 years ago. During this time his roofing career has spanned throughout the south west region until he settled in Exmouth (Devon) 15 years ago. Peter Chubb realised the lack of customer service available within the roofing industry coupled with the general perception of its tradesmen warranted a roofing business that is highly professional and experienced. Therefore he decided to establish his own business where customer service along with his expertise and extensive knowledge of his trade would become a major attribute to his client base. Chubb Roofing Limited was formed in the summer of 2001 and has become recognised for their outstanding service.

Chubb Roofing Contractors Limited started off with just one other employee and has seen steady growth over the past couple of years to now employ six loyal staff. Recently Chubb Roofing Contractors Limited decided to give the public complete transparency into their operations by opening the only roofing showroom that is known, available within our market. This allows customers to see and touch the extensive roofing products available on ground level.

Originally, Peter tended to concentrate his roofing skills within the private domestic market but due to continued success has now extended his service to cover the commercial roofing market as well. This entails on-going consultation with architects, building surveyors, planning departments and engineers. As a result Chubb Roofing Contractors Limited invests heavily in its roofing staffs' on-going training and personal development.

Chubb Roofing Contractors Limited has become a major business within East Devon and future plans of steady growth within both the domestic and commercial roofing markets are anticipated.
